When I can take the time to pamper myself I like to do it right. I play my music, burn my candles and concentrate on me!. Here's an easy FABTUAL for your sunday:
1) RESERVE... 1/2 an hour
2) PLAY ... I suggest the MSBF cd's (MY SECRET BOYFRIEND) you know Thicke, D'Angelo, Olu or Marvin.
3) BURN...I suggest candles from Voluspa (Baltic Amber) or Diptyque (Baies).
4) PREPARE...Organize all products,elixirs, remedies and utensils for less strain.
5) RELAX...This is time for you reflect on your coming week.

take a warm terry towel heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Apply your fave foot/hand cream to your paws or claws and follow with warm wrap for 5-10 minutes an INDULGENCE INDEED!.
